Returns How It Works

If you've made a purchase by mistake and checked out, simply let us know and we'll refund you immediately.

But if the package has already been shipped, you must return it as soon as it arrives, or you do not accept the package, send it back and as soon as it arrives we will refund you. However, please note that not all of the money will be refunded due to shipping costs, so you will be charged the courier fee.

How does the return work?

Let's now move on to the exact procedure normally foreseen for the right of withdrawal and returns. How does the return work? Let's see the process right away

Inform the seller

The first thing to do is inform the seller of your wish to withdraw from the contract. You must do so within 14 days of receiving the product you purchased (or within the timeframe communicated on the seller's website, for example, within 30 days on Amazon).

To communicate your right of withdrawal and proceed with the return, you can:

  • Log in to your account (by entering your username and password) in the "online returns center" or "Make a return" section (depending on the wording provided for each seller) of the website where you purchased.
  • Fill out the form provided, providing all the requested information (including how you paid for the product, how you wish to return it, and how you wish to be refunded).
  • Please let us know how you'd like to return the package: whether you'll ship it directly, take it to a collection point, or have someone come and collect it from your home.
  • Keep a copy of the receipt for the form the seller will send you (it's essential because it certifies that you've met the deadlines).

Pack the parcel

After submitting your request via the online form (or any other written statement you provide regarding your intention to withdraw), you must send the package back.

  • First, print the label that will be sent to you or you can find it directly in the package that arrives at your home at the time of purchase.
  • Pack the parcel carefully, wrapping it properly and in a safe and secure manner.
  • Stick the return label on top.
Send the package

After completing all these steps, proceed to return the package containing your rejected purchase; essentially, hand in the return . You can do this, depending on your chosen option:

  • Sending it to the seller
  • Taking it to a collection point (e.g. Ups mail boxes)
  • By handing it over to the courier responsible for picking it up at your home (if this is an option)

Wait for the refund

Once the shipping process is complete, you will likely have to wait 7 to 10 days for your refund to be credited, according to the method indicated when completing the return form.

Please note that by law, the refund must be made using the same method you used to pay for the product: PayPal, credit card, bank transfer, etc.

It also bears in mind that if you respected the 14-day withdrawal period, you will be refunded in full, including shipping costs. If, however, you exceeded the 14-day withdrawal period but respected the additional days the seller granted you, you will be refunded almost entirely, as shipping costs may be your responsibility.

In any case, the seller is not required to reimburse you for additional costs. That is, if you chose an express, premium, or other shipping option, the seller may, at their discretion, only reimburse you for the standard (cheaper) shipping option.

When can't returns be made?

There is no right to everything made. You need to check carefully, because you may be refused if your purchase falls within the following categories:

  • Goods tailored to the buyer's needs
  • Goods that have been used and washed
  • Sealed goods which, for hygiene and safety reasons, can no longer be returned once opened
