When will my package arrive?

We'll notify you of your package's shipment with our shipping confirmation email, and you can check your expected delivery time in the " My Account " section, "My Orders." Clicking "Track Shipment" takes you to the courier's website and monitors your package's delivery. The tracking link updates a few hours after your package ships, so don't worry if it's disabled.
Furthermore, we remind you that couriers do not deliver by appointment and telephone contact is not possible.

I have not received all the items in my order

If you find an item marked as: in “ My Account ” or on the shipping list

  • out of stock – means that we no longer have the product available and we regret that we can no longer deliver it
  • On hold/awaiting replenishment – ​​This means we're waiting for new stock and an item is on hold for you. Once it arrives, we'll prepare a second package and ship it at no additional cost. The waiting time for these products is approximately three weeks, and for credit card and PayPal payments, the amount is charged when the package ships.
If I am not at home at the time of delivery

The courier will leave a notification slip with their phone number. Contact them to reschedule a delivery.

How are bulky items delivered?

There are no additional shipping costs, and you choose the address to which the package will be delivered. Please note that couriers do not make deliveries by appointment, and telephone contact is not possible.
Additionally, due to the specific preparation of your package, delivery may take longer than the timeframe indicated in " My Account ." We recommend tracking your order and delivery in the "My Orders" section.

Can I collect the package at the point of sale?

Yes, and it's very simple to request! The service is available in the Rimini area.

Can I request delivery to an address other than the billing address?

Absolutely! Enter a new shipping address by filling out the "Address Details" form during the checkout process.

Can I change the delivery address of a confirmed order?

Yes, but we can process this change within approximately one hour of order confirmation. If the "Cancel Order" button is active in " My Account, " it means we can take action and we ask you to contact our Customer Service by phone. If the "Cancel Order" button is not active, we will no longer be able to make any changes.

I chose standard delivery but I changed my mind and would like to receive the package with express shipping.

We're sorry, but we can't change the delivery method for a confirmed order. You can only select express delivery when finalizing your order, not afterward.

We also deliver to other countries, such as Germany, France, Spain, Luxembourg, Poland, Austria, Belgium, the Netherlands, and more.

What should I do if I received a damaged package?

If you receive a visibly damaged package, but the items inside are intact, you can sign for the package subject to inspection. If you're returning the package, you can use another package; it doesn't have to be ours.

What should I do if I received the wrong item?

If you received an item you didn't order, please return it. Please indicate "40 - Incorrect Delivery" as the reason for return in the " My Account " section and when completing the return slip. Once we receive the returned item at our warehouse, we will refund you. If you prefer, you can request an exchange instead.

When do I know the express delivery time?

At the order completion stage, after selecting the address and this delivery method, for each product included in the "Items ordered" list we indicate the delivery time and after confirming the order from " My Account " we communicate the date.
Orders confirmed by 12:00 PM will be delivered within 2 working days. Delivery times to Sardinia, Sicily, and other islands may be longer, however.

Can I request express delivery if I order by phone?

Yes, the service is also available for telephone orders. Please let us know your request before placing your order.

Can I request to change the delivery method from express to standard?

If you are not offered express delivery options during the "Shipping Type" stage of completing your order, it means that the area you live in is not served by the service.
