Not recommended to apply this motor to bikes with carbon fiber frame in case of damaging the frame. In order to keep the motor performance and life, the battery's voltage should match the motor. Newest version bafang BBSHd 1000W Mid drive motor kit is compatible with both of 48V and 52V battery.
