Unless otherwise specified on this Website or agreed with the User, the Products are delivered within thirty (30) days of purchase.
Failure to deliver
The Owner is not liable in any way for any delivery errors resulting from inaccuracies or omissions committed by the User in completing the purchase order, nor for any damages or delays occurring after delivery to the courier if the latter has been appointed by the User.
If the goods are not delivered or collected at the time or within the agreed upon deadline, they will be returned to the Owner, who will contact the User to schedule a second delivery attempt or agree on further measures.
Unless otherwise specified, each delivery attempt starting from the second will be at the User's expense.
Returns How It Works

But if the package has already been shipped, you must return it as soon as it arrives, or you do not accept the package, send it back and as soon as it arrives we will refund you. Inform the seller

To communicate your right of withdrawal and proceed with the return, you can:

Pack the parcel
After submitting your request via the online form (or any other written statement you provide regarding your intention to withdraw), you must send the package back.
- First, print the label that will be sent to you or you can find it directly in the package that arrives at your home at the time of purchase.
- Pack the parcel carefully, wrapping it properly and in a safe and secure manner.
- Stick the return label on top.
After completing all these steps, proceed to return the package containing your rejected purchase; essentially, hand in the return . You can do this, depending on your chosen option:
- Sending it to the seller
- Taking it to a collection point (e.g. Ups mail boxes)
- By handing it over to the courier responsible for picking it up at your home (if this is an option)
Wait for the refund
Once the shipping process is complete, you will likely have to wait 7 to 10 days for your refund to be credited, according to the method indicated when completing the return form.
Please note that by law, the refund must be made using the same method you used to pay for the product: PayPal, credit card, bank transfer, etc.
It also bears in mind that if you respected the 14-day withdrawal period, you will be refunded in full, including shipping costs. If, however, you exceeded the 14-day withdrawal period but respected the additional days the seller granted you, you will be refunded almost entirely, as shipping costs may be your responsibility.
In any case, the seller is not required to reimburse you for additional costs. That is, if you chose an express, premium, or other shipping option, the seller may, at their discretion, only reimburse you for the standard (cheaper) shipping option.

1. Introduction.

1.2. The term “Online Contract” refers to the contract relating to the service of selling clothing and accessories on which STREE STYLE creates personalized printing.
1.3. The term “Products” refers to the items of clothing and/or accessories (bags, shoes, hats, scarves, etc.) on which STREE STYLE creates personalized printing;
1.4. The term Customer refers to the individual (natural or legal) who orders the Products and who will be required to identify himself according to the procedure provided on the street-style-print.com website;
1.5 The term Order means the proposal to purchase the Products sent by the Customer on the street-style-print.com website.
2. Object of the online Contract.
2.1. As a result of the online service, Street Style sells and the Customer purchases the Products remotely through the Store;
2.2. The Products are illustrated on the street-styleprint.com web page and are subject to changes that the latter reserves the right to make at any time prior to the conclusion of the online Service;
3. Methods of entering into the Contract online.
3.1. The online Contract is concluded with the acceptance by the Customer of these general terms and conditions and by Street Style Factory of the Order sent by the Customer through the Store;
3.4. The Customer will be able to view a summary of the data entered, including the price of the Products and any shipping costs and additional charges, payment methods and delivery times;
3.5 Once the Order has been received, Street Style will send a confirmation email with all the data referred to in the previous point;
3.6. Street Style reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to accept or reject the Order within 30 days of its issuance; for the same period, the Order will be considered an irrevocable offer by the Customer; in the event of failure to respond, the Order will be deemed not accepted, without the Customer being able to make any claim for compensation or damages;
3.7. The Customer will pay the sale price to Street Style Print, according to the methods indicated in the following point.
4. Payment Methods.
4.1. The Customer must pay the agreed price in advance by credit card, PayPal, or bank transfer to the Street Style account, following the instructions provided during the purchase process.
4.2. Payments must be made in advance and only then will Street Style execute the online Contract. Payments are made by bank transfer.
4.3. Street Style will issue a proforma sales document which will be made available to the Customer in their reserved area and which can be printed and stored in accordance with the laws in force;
4.4. Street Style reserves the right to accept payment by cash on delivery only in cases at its sole discretion and only after contacting the Customer or only if the Customer already knows the Customer;
4.5. If the Customer fails to pay within the deadline indicated in point 3, the online Contract is automatically terminated pursuant to art. 1456 of the Italian Civil Code, unless Street Style decides to execute it by communicating the new execution timeframe to the Customer;
5. Times and methods of delivery of the Products.
5.1. Delivery times are those indicated in the Order, but may vary and in this case Street Style will notify the Customer by email and communicate the new delivery date;
5.2. Street Style will deliver the Products using the methods chosen by the Customer when placing the Order;
5.3. Shipping methods, costs, and times are clearly indicated on the street-style-print.com website.
6. Product prices.
6.1. Product prices are expressed in euros and are net of VAT and any other taxes, while shipping costs are indicated in the Order summary which the Customer must confirm before submitting the Order;
7. Limitations of Liability.
7.1. Street Style will not be liable for direct or indirect damages due to the failure and/or delayed delivery of the Products, nor for any deterioration and/or damage to the packaging;
7.2. The Customer assumes ownership of the images and writings created on the Products, exonerating Street Style from any third parties who may claim any damage to their image, honor, decorum, moral integrity, or any other financial damage causally connected to the image and writings on the Products. The Customer undertakes to indemnify and hold Street Style harmless from any claim for compensation that may be made against it;
7.3. Street Style assumes no responsibility for disruptions attributable to force majeure, in the event it is unable to execute the online Contract, nor in the event of disruptions or malfunctions related to the Internet beyond its control;
7.4. Street Style will not be liable for any damages, costs and losses suffered by the Customer as a result of the failure to execute the online Contract due to force majeure;
7.5. Street Style will not be responsible for any illicit or fraudulent use by third parties of credit cards and/or checks, or any other means used to pay for the products.
8. Assistance, returns and refunds.
8.1. Once the Products have been received, the Customer may assert any defects or faults if communicated, under penalty of forfeiture, to the Street Style email address indicated in point 1, no later than 8 days from receipt.
8.2 In the event of non-conformity of the Products, the Customer may alternatively request a price reduction or the replacement and/or repair of the Product, unless the request is impossible to satisfy or excessively onerous. In this case, Street Style will refund the Customer the price.
9. Methods of archiving the online Contract and respect for privacy.
9.1. Pursuant to art. 12 of Legislative Decree no. 70/2003, the online System will be stored in digital form on the Street Style server, which the Customer can access through the reserved area.
9.2. The online Contract will be stored in accordance with confidentiality and security criteria and in compliance with the Privacy Policy, set out in the form attached to these General Conditions, which the Customer declares to have read and accepted.
10. Applicable law and competent court.
10.1 The online Contract is governed by Italian law.
10.2 For any dispute relating to the formation, conclusion, execution, interpretation and validity of the online Contract, the Court of Rome shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
Pursuant to and for the purposes of Articles 1341 and 1342 of the Italian Civil Code, the Customer expressly declares that he accepts the clauses indicated above by numbers 3 (Methods of stipulating the online Contract), 5 (Times and methods of delivery of the Products), 7 (Limitations of Liability), 8 (Assistance, guarantees, returns and refunds), 10 (Applicable law and competent court).

No, each item can only be customized using specific customization techniques.
So a photographic print is printed digitally for the reason that we only print on 100% cotton otherwise if you write a simple sentence it can be printed on vinyl on 100% cotton but if instead you make a request for printing on cushions, mugs, tiles etc. it is printed using sublimation.
We recommend uploading vector files, i.e., with the following extensions: .cdr and/or .pdf and/or .esp and/or .ps and/or .svg. Alternatively, you can upload .jpeg and/or .png and/or .tif and/or .gif files. For the latter file type, when you upload it, you will be notified whether your file has the quality/definition suitable for printing.
We therefore recommend that you upload a file with a higher definition.
